AFTER SCHOOL PRAISE 2016

It may not be as old as Adam but indeed After School Praise is gradually creating a niche for itself as one of the greatest programmes for school leavers.
The 3rd edition of After School Praise was held at the St. Margaret Mary parish Hall, Dansoman on Saturday the 25th of June. According to the organizers, even though there were few hitches in the planning, they were confident the much heralded event will live up to its hype. Indeed there were no dull moments as the artistes spiritually uplifted the massively filled auditorium.
There were series of performances from SMM CASU Choir, Holy Reign Dance crew, Footprints, Psalmone and Nii soul of mentor fame and many more.
It was generally a well organised and enormously endorsed programme. However, to the organisers they definitely believe in the room called improvement which they will forever visit to help refine and improve the next editions of the program.
Event Vision

  •      To place priority on youth agenda through strategized programmes that promote young leadership participation in community building.
  •      To bring education and faith to the youth while we give thanks and praises to our God
  •      To educate the SHS and JHS graduates on effects of alcoholism and drug abuse.
  •     This year’s “After School Praise” was also used to sensitize new eligible voters on the role they can play in ensuring peaceful elections.
